Unit 12/12a ORTE Purchase

We are pleased to have recently completed on Units 12/12A Ongar Road Trading Estate, Great Dunmow, totalling 14,803 sq. ft. with a sale and leaseback to the existing occupier, Alloy Fabweld.

This acquisition strengthens our holdings on the estate from 2023.
