Telegraph Hill Refurbishment

We are pleased to announce the completion of a refurbishment and capital works project at Telegraph Hill Industrial Estate, Ramsgate.

The estate extends to approximately 73,000 sq ft across 29 units and 2 yards. Works included unit reconfiguration, external redecoration, replacement windows and doors, over-cladding, new rainwater goods, and shutter improvements.

The project has enhanced the appearance and functionality of the estate, supporting a better environment for occupiers and visitors. Over the past six months, this has been reflected in strong leasing activity, with seven lease renewals and two new lettings completed.
