Heard Way Redevelopment

We are pleased to report the redevelopment of two terraces at Heard Way, Sittingbourne, following an early lease surrender with the previous occupier.

Following advice from local agents Watson Day, the former two units were subdivided to create accommodation better configured to meet local market requirements. The new scheme comprises five self-contained units ranging from 4,348 to 8,265 sq ft.

Works included cut edge corrosion treatment, loading door upgrades, new fire-rated party walls, refurbished washrooms, LED lighting and office improvements. Planning permission has also been secured for a new access point to the estate, improving HGV access and site circulation.

The project was delivered by South East Refurbishments and 57% of the new GIA is already under offer off-plan. Unit 4 is due to complete shortly, with Units 1 and 2 expected to follow.

Units 3 (4,348 sq ft) and 5 (6,781 sq ft) remain available to let. For further information, please get in touch.
