Castlegrove Lettings

We are pleased to announce further leasing activity at Castlegrove Business Park, Bognor Regis, following the recent lettings of Units 12A and 12B.

Both units were refurbished in late 2025 to provide modern industrial and workshop accommodation. Unit 12B was let in March 2026, followed by Unit 12A in May 2026.

Following these transactions, only Unit 12C remains available at the estate.
