Completion Achieved at Folkestone

We are delighted to have reached practical completion on the redevelopment and reconfiguration of the former CCK House estate in Folkestone, now rebranded as Folkestone Trade Park.

Following the administration of the former tenant, the 50,000 sq ft terrace has been transformed into nine high-spec industrial units through a targeted value-add capex programme. Works included a new composite roof with 15% rooflights, upgraded cladding and loading access (including electric shutters), extensive internal reconfiguration with mezzanine office provision, and comprehensive M&E upgrades including new three-phase distribution.
