We’re pleased to have completed a lease to a regional leader in the storage and distribution sector at Units D-E, 13 Eurolink Industrial Estate, Sittingbourne.
The combined 20,032 sq. ft. unit was subject to a comprehensive refurbishment programme prior to the letting, ensuring the space met occupational requirements and reflected the sustained demand from logistics and storage operators in the region.
Unit D received a full replacement of the asbestos cement sheet roofing with a new composite Kingspan Group roof, including new rooflights, lined gutters, and new loading door. Internal works included reinstating the kitchenette and WC, new LED lighting, internal cladding panels and support framework to the mid-upper perimeter walls, and redecoration of the steel portal frames.
Unit E benefitted from roof treatment works, reinstatement of the office area, construction of a new disabled WC, servicing of the loading door, and full redecoration of the steel framework.
Across both units, we cut a new opening between the units to enable single occupation, completed M&E statutory works including EICR testing, replaced fire escape doors, and redecorated the remaining blockwork and steelwork. We opted to leave preparing and painting the floors on these units per the tenant’s request.
The estate is now fully let, though we do have availability elsewhere in Sittingbourne and across the wider county. For further details, please contact Nick Brown MRICS on 020 8252 8000 to discuss your requirements.
