Full Occupancy at Emir Business Park

We are pleased to confirm the letting of the final three units at Emir Business Park, Ashford, to a longstanding European furniture designer and manufacturer.

Acquired vacant in 2022, the estate was reconfigured into a multi-let scheme and expanded through the acquisition of a neighbouring property, improving yard space and circulation and increasing the total to 11 units. Following extensive refurbishment works, the estate has now reached 100% occupancy, accommodating a diverse mix of occupiers.
